REME ION^TM Active Cleaning

‘Active’ cleaning uses systems that circulate purifying agents in and around the environment cleaning the whole space at the same time, whereas ‘Passive’ cleaning requires air to go through a filter to be cleaned.

By circulating active cleaning agents into spaces from the REME ION’s integrated Ion Emitters and PHI Cell, manufactured by RGF Environmental – one of the worlds leading air, water and food purification specialists – harmful viruses, pathogens and contaminants are destroyed and rendered inert and safe providing continuous 24/7 protection. Even if new contaminants enter the space the active cleaning agents immediately attack and eliminate them, even if they are transferred to surfaces. With a filter based system it may take hours to process all the air in a room, especially if new contaminants are brought in.  They also provide no protection against contamination.

How It Works

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The patented technology of the REME ION^TM (RGF) incorporates the latest advancement in Photohydroionisation (PHI) and BiPolar Ionisation technology. Photohydroionisation uses Ultra Violet (UV) light with a specialist metallic catalyst to create a reaction that changes water molecules (humidity) from H₂O to H₂O₂, or Hydrogen Peroxide. Hydrogen Peroxide is a naturally occurring element that gives us that clean, crisp smell after a thunderstorm or when in the forest and is very effective at neutralising viruses, bacterium, mould spores, or odour molecules. Once the reaction takes place with the contaminant, the Hydrogen Peroxide (Hydro-peroxide) reverts back to its harmless constituents – oxygen, CO₂ and water vapour. Working in unison, the REME IONTM also incorporates emitters that produce positive and negative ions – BiPolar Ionisation. These charged ions are attracted to contaminants and neutralise them using agglomeration, or by removing hydrogen atoms, which breaks contaminants down to their basic, harmless and odourless compounds, such as O₂, CO₂, N₂, and H₂O.
